in 1990 and located at Zhaopingyang Industrial District, Tangxia
Town, Wenzhou, an opening city, being immediately close to National
Highway 104, Sheng Hua Enamel-Covered Wire Factory Rui'an City,
Zhejiang Province is Key Social Welfare Industrial Enterprise,
under the administration of Rui'an City Civil Service.
The factory has over one hundred staff, among whom, over forty-six
staff are technicians of senior and middle ranks. It covers
an area of 8000 square meters and the building area is 6000
square meters. The fixed assets are RMB 25,000,000 Yuan. The
annual output value is RMB 180,000,000 Yuan. Its subordinates
are Business Administration Office, Marketing Department, Quality
Control Department, Production Department, and Financial Department
etc.
The factory has thirty-eight sets of advanced production equipment

and types.
